Gulf Harbour Marina has a variety of berth sizes available from 10-30m for long or short-term rental. The size of the berth is determined by the licence agreement, and is the maximum inclusive length that can be occupied. No part of a vessel may exceed any dimension of the berth.

All vessels in the marina assume the right to occupy through either a Rental Agreement or a Berth License, with all relevant terms and conditions applying at all times.

All vessels berthed at Gulf Harbour Marina must provide evidence of valid vessel insurance (including minimum $5 million public liability) and a Warrant of Electrical Fitness (WOEF) and shore power lead tag if planning to connect to shore power.
