Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are 18 years and over who have a valid Facebook or Instagram account.
To enter, share a photo of your boat, or your dream boat on the Gulf Harbour Marina Facebook or Instagram account during the Promotion Period.
This promotion commences on 11 May 2023 and closes on 16 May 2023 at 11:59pm (“Promotion Period”).
There is a limit of one entry per person.
The prize consists of two VIP passes to the Auckland Boat Show (‘Prize’).
The Prize draw will be held on 16 May 2023. The Winner will be notified by Gulf Harbour Investments via Facebook or Instagram by 5pm Friday 16 May 2023.
If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts have been made by Gulf Harbour Marina (within 24 hours of the date of the Prize draw), Gulf Harbour Marina will draw another Winner from all remaining eligible entries.
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gulf Harbour Marina’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners agree that Gulf Harbour Marina is entitled to use their name and photographs for Gulf Harbour Marina external and internal marketing, promotion, communication and publicity purposes in connection with the promotion.
Gulf Harbour Marina reserves the right to terminate or amend any aspect of this promotion without notice at any time.
Gulf Harbour Marina and its related bodies corporate will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the promotion or any prize.
Gulf Harbour Marina takes no responsibility for any misdirected, lost, incomplete, damaged, corrupted, incorrectly submitted or late entries, or any human error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data transmission, computer or network failure, or any other interruption that may affect the conduct of this promotion or the prize draw.
